Change of Card Details

Change of Card Details

Hi,

I've just tried to change the automatic payment from one card to another, but it still looks like its the old card that is registered when I look at my account details. I've done it exactly the way Spotify asks of me, but nothing seems to happen. 

 

The old card was an english one and the new one is a swedish one, and I accepted to switch to Swedish as part of the transition, but nothing...,

Please help, as my english card is no longer in use...

Thanks for getting in touch with us, we'll do our best to help you out.

 

Since your account is currently Premium with a card from a different country, after you enter the new card details along with the country change, it'll take  effect on your next billing date.

 

If you'd like to do this process manually, you'll need to cancel the current subscription first and resubscribe with the Swedish card once your account goes back to Free.
