Spotify DUO and using Alexa

I'm a subscriber to Premium myself but my daughter likes to listen on her Alexa. This is problematic as we can't listen to music at the same time. 

If I got Duo, could my daughter listen to one account via Alexa, while I still have access to Premium on my phone, at the same time? 

She doesn't have her own phone so it feels more complicated this way!

Yes, that's certainly possible, if you create a separate account for Alexa and invite it to your Premium Duo plan.
