My Question or Issue

 

Hi guys, 

 

I am trying to include my mother's account to my Family subscription but she enters her address  (our address), a message pops up saying that the address is not the same whilst the address is 100% the same.  I can not understand why. 

I have already two other members of my family linked to this subscription but I can not seem to set up the family account for my other. 

 

Any suggestions? Thank you!

Hey @brunocarreira99, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

In order to be able to accept the invite, every member should have the same address and country. Your mother can check here if she have added the same country as you. She can follow these steps, if she needs to update it.

Then you can invite her again to the Premium Family. After she has accepted the invite, she can enjoy the Premium features. If she gets an error message, you can send me a screenshot of it and I'll take a closer look.

Thanks for the quick response. That was indeed very helpful, I checked one more time and the region in my mother's account was not the region of the address I was trying to enter (hence the problem). Thank you Once again!
