My Question or Issue

I was subscribed to a student premium account, when all of a sudden I was switched to a normal premium account without being notified. I have been charged double the price for several months and didn’t know until I checked my bank statement just now. am i able to get refunded? I was never notified that my subscription changed, nor did I give permission to switch to a more expensive subscription. As a university student, I cannot afford this and would have rather cancelled Spotify completely than be charged this much.
