Spotify Premium Duo Pans is not working

Spotify Premium Duo Pans is not working

I purchased the Spotify Premium Duo Plan but not playing on 2 nd device its showing Free account i am not changed any email adderess or anything please look into this asap

 

Premium duo link was not totatly and there is no any contact number for spotify support please check this on high prority
