My Question or Issue

Hello, I'm trying to subscribe to Spotify Premium. I'm eligible for Spotify Student. After choosing the option and entering my payment details I get a notification on the website that I already have used a free trial of Spotify and that I cannot use it again. The free month is part of the regular premium subscription. That makes it impossible to buy a premium subscription because it is blocked by the free month. This happens for the student version as well as for the normal premium version.

Let's get you on the right Spotify Premium plan! Could you head to: spotify.com/account and choose for 'Available Plans' in the left-sidebar? There you should be able to switch your plans without getting that error. Let me know how you get on! 🙂
