My spotify premium pin that was on the back of my gift card is not working. It says something went wrong everytime I try to enter in the pin. I paid for this gift card but it is not letting me redeem premium. Nothing is working and i dont know how to get the correct pin.

Could you try redeeming your gift card here using a different browser or private window?

If that doesn't help, try following the troubleshooting steps provided here. You can also send me a screenshot of the error message you're receiving (make sure to hide the PIN number when posting to the Community).
