Spotify Premium Not Offered

My Question or Issue

I had Premium until today, but when I accessed Spotify on my phone I was told I am only on Free. I tried to reupgrade to Premium but the webpage says I do not qualify for Premium, only Premium Duo, Family, and Student. I'm the only user of my account and I'm not a student.
