It seems to be a fake email, however, I suggest that you follow these steps to confirm it:

So, first: Do not respond to the suspicious email, and don’t click any links or download any attachments in the email. 

Then, follow these steps:

1. Forward the entire email to spoof@spotify.com. 
   Please don’t forward the email as an attachment. You can add a note or a question, but don’t alter the subject or content of the email. 
2. Delete the suspicious email from your inbox. 

The Spotify team will investigate and let you know if the email is legitimate.
