If you've already canceled any other subscriptions successfully and you're still getting that error, we'd recommend giving it a try using an incognito window or a different device. 

In case this doesn't work, you can also try using a different internet connection. 

On another note, we removed the screenshot you provided as it had some private information. We suggest avoiding posting any type of personal information from you or your account, as this is a public forum.
