My Question or Issue

I wanted to use the 6 months free trial of spotify premium for Samsung, but when I put the credit card information (they are all correct and there is money in the card), I got an error warning, then I tried again and I got a notice that said I had already used a free trial. I went to check the site for receipts, and there weren't any, I've never used any free trial. Now it told me that I'm still having the "spotify free" plan, but on my credit card, it appears that there are 0,99€ to be accounted for "POS Payment". 

How could I solve that?

What is the subscription status of your account here? Also, you mentioned you've been charged to your bank account- does it show as pending or has it been posted?

Thank you for answering. My status is "spotify free", also now I have checked my bank account, and there are no expenses to be accounted for, nor costs charged, as if those € 0.99 that I mentioned previously, have been "returned" to me. I ask you to help me if you know anything about this "Spotify premium for samsung 6 month free trial" plan. Thanks for your cooperation

Have you used your payment method on any of Spotify's services, such as on a different account, or to pay for someone else's subscription?

 

Additionally, let's wait 24 more hours to see if the status changes from Free to Premium.
