My Question or Issue



Yesterday I bought Spotify Premium (with the 3 months free trial). After paying it said it was completed, but I still haven’t gotten the Premium. I bought it on my phone (iPhone 6s).

Welcome to the Spotify Community! That doesn't sound cool, let's see how we can help. 

If you subscribed for the trial and your account is still on Free, one of the following might be the reason:

  1. It's possible you've got another Spotify account and you've activated the trial on it. To check if this is the case, take a look at this help page.  
  2. Or you've already had Premium on your account and the system doesn't allow you to get the trial, as the offer is only aimed at customers that never tried Premium. More info can be found here.  
  3. Another possibility is that the payment didn't go through successfully. In this case the money will return on your account. More info can be found here.
