Spotify Premium not working even after money is deducted from account

Spotify Premium not working even after money is deducted from account

- I have been using premium for more than a year and I have had no issues regarding payment.

- Premium expired so I bought the individual plan for 6 months for INR Rs. 719.00. This transaction took place through GPay UPI, and the money has been deducted from my account.

- I did not receive any receipt via mail like usual.

- It still shows Free User and not Premium User everywhere.

- I have tried logging out and logging in. I even uninstalled the app and installed it again. I do not have any other Spotify account apart from this.

 

Please let me know the issue and resolve it.
