I bought Spotify premium today and used the 3 months free trail but it isn’t active. I’ve received the proof of payment email. I’m not sure why this is happening because I’ve never had Spotify premium on this account. I did have a Spotify premium account in the past but I forgot my log in info. I’ve read that I might be because its the same payment method with the same bank account. I’m a bit worried that after 3 months I get a bill for the subscription. I did pay the €0.01 as it’s supposed to be.

I really hope someone

I forgot to add that is says I have “Spotify free”

Thanks for your post!

 

If you've received a proof of payment, that means that the Premium is most likely active. What may have happened is that you've activated the trial on the wrong account. This can happen if you're using Facebook, Apple login or another service. We'd recommend checking that you're logged in with the Spotify account, linked to the email address on which you've received your receipt.

If you're afraid of being charged after 3 months, you can cancel at any time.

Hi there!
Thanks for your reply. I’ve checked every single possible way of loging in and I can’t find the account. Because I don’t have premium (which I bought) I can’t sing out for premium.

If you're unsure about which account you used to sign up for Premium, we'd recommend reaching out to our Support team here. They'll be happy to assist you further by requesting the relevant info and using it to find the right account.
