I have an iphone 13 and I have a Premium individual account. For some reason I was logged out of this and I had to log back in. I can log back in on safari but I cant get the app now with all my playlists. Only Spotify app I can get is the free version

Thanks for reaching out! This has likely been due to some preventative system behaviour on our end for security & privacy reasons 🙂
The missing playlists however make me think that you've tried accessing a different account on your app so, as a first step, I would log out and back in. Since you're already logged in on your browser, try accessing this link and doublecheck the email address. Use it in your app and you should be able to log in correctly 🔏

 

Note: It's also worth trying to log in with Facebook/ Google, depending on the login methods you've previously used.

 

If you wish to close the additional account after successfully accessing your main one, you can do so by following these steps.
