My Question or Issue

I have bought a Spotify gift card near my local store,but when I redeemed my code on my computer it says the code is invalid. I went over to make sure the digits were the same but nothing worked, I tried to redeem it on my IPhone 6S but it still says the same. Even when I checked the receipt it says it is activated and had an amount of $10 CAD. Can someone please help me???

About your issue, first of all, check this article below and follow all steps to see if it works:

And I suggest that you check with the Store if the Gift Card was really activated. And if your problem persists, be in touch with the Customer Support to see what can be done.
