Spotify app won't recognise vodaphone premium

Spotify app won't recognise vodaphone premium

Okay so I've just got a new contract with vodaphone and as part of the red entertainment package I've opted for the 24 month free spotify premium subscription. When I log in online it recognises that I have premium, but the app won't! I've logged off and on again, and deleted and reinstalled and it still says I have the free subscription. It's the most infuriating thing ever. Can anyone suggest what to do?? Thanks

Hey @Lauragall

 

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
