Spotify charged less money than I pay for my plan

Spotify charged less money than I pay for my plan

Plan

Premium Duo

Country

Venezuela

Spotify charged me my monthly subscription as usual, but it only charged me $6 when the cost of my plan is $7.8, in addition it did not detect the payment in the account and it keeps coming up with the red notice that the subscription has not been paid, I need help as I am about to lose my subscription.

Hey @daviiidsg,

Thanks for posting here and welcome.

We've gone ahead and edited your post, since it contained personal info. Keep in mind this is a public space, so, to maintain your personal data secure, we've deleted the screenshots you kindly sent us.

That being said, it's important to take into account that we charge each Premium plan once per month. If you notice multiple Spotify payments in the same month, there are a few things to check:

  1. It's possible that some of the charges you're seeing in your bank statement are pending. In that scenario, we'd recommend you check their status. If the payments are pending or in process, it'd be a good idea to reach out to your bank for further insights.
  2. It might be possible you may have accidentally signed up to Premium on a second account, since you mentioned you noticed you were charged with a different amount. You can check this article to find out if perhaps you have another account.

Since you noticed your payment was pending on the receipts of your account, we recommend you reach out to our Customer Support team, so they can help you to check your account and your charges more thoroughly. You can find out how to contact them here.

Hope this clears things up. If you have any questions or need a hand with anything else, we're always a post away.
