Thanks for getting in touch with the Spotify Community. Hope you don't mind if we reply in English. 

 

If you've received the payment confirmation, but you're not able to see the Premium features on your account, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Log out and back into your account

    Occasionally this is necessary to force a sync of info between your device and our account system.
     
  2. Check that your Premium isn’t on another account

    You might have another account that's on Free, so try logging into Spotify using a different username or email address. Also, check out our guide to find any other accounts
