Spotify does NOT log me in as a Premium member but it deducted money from my account!

Spotify does NOT log me in as a Premium member but it deducted money from my account!

For about two weeks I am trying different ways to find a way to cancel my Premium account that I have been charged for this month after the free trial, so I would not be charged again. The funny thing is that my account was not premium on that 3 month and now it is not premium; however, I have been charged for 9.99 for the premium this month. I want to cancel the premium. Please help here! 

Moreover, on the receipte it shows nothing at all! 

 

Update:

This month AGAIN spotify got money from my account!! And I am NOT still a premium member and I DONT want to be a premium member!

According to what you're letting us know, it's very likely that you have more than one Spotify account. You can find some useful info on how to check for additional accounts on this page.

Thank you for your answer! I realized that with one single username of mine there are two email addresses assigned to it! But none of them are doing anything good for canceling the subscription.

 

It shows the cuase! What is the solution?

Is that those kind of tricks for business? Why there is no customer service for Spotify?!
