Spotify doesn't allow me to pay premium and insist on family plan istead

My Question or Issue

When I try to pay for premium, Spotify show me a message of not being elegible for the promotion and suggest to pay for family plan instead, I don't want family plan, I would like to stay in my premium plan, why am I not elegible for premium???

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Yu should try to purchase Premium through this link. Can you try this process using another browser or Incognito Mode? It might be worth trying another device.
