Spotify has .cancelled. the other half of my duo

Spotify has .cancelled. the other half of my duo

we have both had to change our devices but while still paying for duo te second member has been reduced to 'free'.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

The first thing I recommend checking is if they're still part of the Duo plan at all. You, as the plan manager, can do this by visiting this page.

 

If they are still part of your Duo plan, then they've likely logged into a different account on their new device. In such case, it'd be best for them to log out of the app and log back in, but this time, using the correct login credentials.


If they still have their old device and it has the Spotify mobile app installed, they can head into the app settings and click on Account. There it should display the username they're logged in with.
