Spotify has trouble to charge?

Hello.

 

ich have been using Spotify for ages now, but since january I believe, Spotify just won't properly charge from me. I use Paypal and automatically payment, I got the money to pay for it and so on. But around 1-2 weeks before I even get charged, I get messages regarding "not losing my offline music" or "there was a problem with my payment" and so on. I just don't know why, I haven't changed anything regarding the payment. Help would be awesome, or maybe ist just a bug?

First of all, let's see if everything is correct in your account overview.

 

Please click on the link bellow and let me know if it shows as Premium, and if the payment receipts are correct.

Comigo esta contecendo a mesma coisa, porem o meu pagamento é no cartão de crédito, que tem limite e mesmo assim não consigo comprar. Sendo que é o mesmo cartão das mensalidades anteriores.

Experimenta tentar novamente, e use outros navegadores do seu computador, se necessário. Antes de começar o processo, limpe o cache.

Everything is correct I checked that 3 times. I just don't know whats wrong.

Just to make sure, please follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps.

This is the only account, I use Premium + family account I think its called? I pay 14,99 € a month, 10 for myself, 5 for the person who can use spotify aswell. Maybe thats the issue? But even if, we use that for like,... a year now and it only started this year.

It's all correct it's just really confusing when you know it's all paid for and it does that. I just don't know why.

Well @GibbonsBae , maybe it's just a temporary issue with Paypal.
