Spotify iPhone app is not recognizing my premium

I purchaed spotify premium two days ago (17th July 2023), the payment went through in my bank but the mobile app doesn’t seem to recognize it. I’m not able ti change the quality of songs but I still have access to playlists and I can skip songs as much as I want. I’m confused because it’s still saying that I have a free plan.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Firstly check for the account you've paid for, on your account page the Receipts section. If the payment was indeed successful, it should be visible there.

If the payment is there, check out this guide to find out if you're logged in on the right account.

In this case, it's possible that you're logged into a different account. If you couldn't find it by following the steps in the guide @Dian sent previously, we suggest that you reach out directly to our Support team through any of these channels so they can take a closer look and further assist you with this. 

On another note, we removed the screenshot you sent since we don't recommend sharing private info in the Community.
