My Question or Issue

After being late a week or so, I paid for my subscription in 31 October. Two weeks later, November 13 I was charged once again, but I thought oh well it's because it took me too long to pay the last time. Now, since 23rd of November I am once again asked to add payment method in order not to lose my subscription, only 10 days after my second payment?

Hey @pSergiu, help's here.

 

You're absolutely right that if you see two payments close to each other, it may be because the last one was delayed. However, since you're still getting payment notifications, we believe that you may be paying for an additional account. 

 

We suggest that you check out this Spotify Answer to learn more about why this can happen, and how to rectify it.

Sadly it does not help, it's the only account, and it's payment didn't fail, because I had to ask my bank where the money went. If there is no solution, not that it would matter but you'll pretty surely lose another customer.. At this point it's 15E a month not 4.99..

If you are sure that you don't have a second account and you are sure that you've been charged more than once. Get in touch with support which you can do from here. They will be able to dive into the payment system to find out what has happened.
