Spotify overcharged me for May subscription. Usually RM8.50 but i have been overcharged RM 57.95
in the invoice it showed payment for RM8.50 but in my bank account it deducted RM57.95

Make sure to check what you see on your receipts page. The amount you see there is how much the Spotify system has charged you. If you see a higher amount on your payments, then the rest comes from something else, such as a service fee or some sort of additional tax. We recommend reaching out to your payment provider to look into this further and find the sources of the additional costs.

so the service fee and additional tax are not from spotify at all? or they are mentioned in terms and agreement in subscription?

If you've checked your receipts page and only see one charge there, then it's possible you have multiple Spotify accounts that are on Premium. I'd recommend checking out this article for more info on how to proceed. You can cancel the unnecessary subscription afterwards by following these steps.
