But I would like a quick answer if they don't move their ass because they only think about money and they don't think about the people who are in these situations. Sorry to be so aggressive but they have to understand. And people like that have to prove something like that, like they are disabled (invalidated), like the students. Sorry but I’m like this because my accident.

I recommend that you post your feedback in the idea that I linked in my initial post and you should also add your vote to it.

The more votes an idea has, the more likely it is that Spotify will take a look at it and consider it 🙂

Blue badge holder here. Spotify is too expensive for me. I pay for premium when they offer 3 months at a discount but will not pay full price.

Another 2 years has been and gone. That totals 4 years. At least. Spotify had pledged to a 3 year accessibility plan and a $100m diversity pledge in 2021 and yet here we are with little to no change. In fact from a users perspective the individual subscription has increased by approximately £3 at 33% over that time frame and Able bodies students (as well as, I’m sure, a handful of students with access requirements) the original post still says ‘Live idea’ and yet Spotify have done nothing in 1,496 days. That’s rather pitiful not to mention disappointing.
