So I had Spotify premium and I had not used a real email address only to find out Spotify had made multiple charges despite me deleting the card permanently and I had also verified my email address and I have no idea how to get a refund if anyone wants to add me to their plan I would really appreciate it!

Thanks for reaching out!

Our Duo & Family plans are only available to folks who live under the same roof.
However, before switching to a different plan, you'd still have to cancel this one and wait until your account reverts to free.

This aside though - it looks to me like you hadn't cancelled your subscription which is the reason why you're still getting charged. However, as we can't view user accounts from the Community, in order for this to get sorted out, you'd need to reach out to our support folks instead. You can do so by following this link here.
