Spotify paid subscription not working

Good afternoon.
I purchased a paid subscription from you yesterday, the money was charged, but my account is still on the free version
I have a receipt of payment
On the computer version, it is now possible to select tracks in playlists, but on the phone, everything works as on the free version, with ads and so on.
When I go to manage my subscriptions, Spotify says I'm on the free version

It's okay, I accidentally paid for my girlfriend's spotify, sorry 🙂

Moreover, there are no more ads on the computer and I know for sure that I am on the same account. The username is the same
