Spotify premium access was lost when i changed rogers phone plans

Spotify premium access was lost when i changed rogers phone plans

I changed phone plans last week where i had free premium access with both plans. since I changed phone numbers, I have lost my premium access even though my new plan comes with 6 months of free access. Ive called numerous time to Rogers and they are unable to solve the issue and said I must come here to get my account unlocked from my previous number. I still am able to use spofity free access from my devices however when i go to the MyRogers page through thier website and I try to activate and login through my facebook account, it tells me I am unable to login. 

 

Is there a number I am able to contact at Spotify to resolve this issue or has anyone else had the same issue?
