If that payment shows as pending/processing/pre-auth, this can explain things. This just means that the payment attempt failed, in which case, those funds will automatically return to you soon.


We recommend you check your student discount details and reapply for the discount over here.


Let us know if you have any other questions.

I checked, and the payment does not appear as pending.
Then I do not know what to do, since I was already charged but my account still appears as free.
