This is not working, when i clik get started i only see the premium family, prmium yearly and the premium student

Sorry to get you confused, I thought in your original post that you got Premium Duo and wanted to know how it works. 

Could you let me know which country you're in at the moment? This is so I can check if the Premium Duo subscription is available in your area.

I just checked, and it seems like Premium Duo isn't available in Belgium at the moment. I'd recommend keeping an eye on spotify.com for future deals and promotional offers.
