My Question or Issue

Hi, I am trying to get the 3 month trial and then start a subscription for Premium and I am receiving an error for my payment methods. I have tried to trouble shoot this and have gone through the support page suggestions. I have tried multiple cards (confirmed they can do foreign transactions), multiple browsers and incognito windows (including clearing browsing history), confirmed my country etc.

 

I have never had Premium before and would like to set it up for my account. I've spend a decent amount of time on this so if anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, I am going through the exact same thing. I have no idea what is going on.

If you've already gone through the suggested steps on this support page and checked with your bank that there are no restrictions on their end blocking the transaction, then this is something that has to be looked at backstage.
