My Question or Issue

Hello there, I had a family plan premium for couple months, and suddenly I didn't have enough money on bank account that day was Sunday, but when I connect my card back,you or I was stupid but I accidentally activated a Premium for one person. And I want to ask if you can somehow cancel my subscription and refund money, and I would activate the family subscription again.

Welcome to the community!

Instead of cancelling and resubscribing, you can upgrade from regular Premium to Premium for Family. The time you've already paid will be split among the accounts included in the plan. In this case, the billing date will come forward due to the difference in the price between Premium for Family and the regular Premium subscription.

You won't be charged for your Premium for Family subscription until the remaining time that you've already paid for has been used up. You can review your renewal date on the subscription page.

You can upgrade from regular Premium to Premium for Family at spotify.com/family
