My Question or Issue

My card is still being charged after cancelling my premium family plan from August of this year -> I have the cancellation email, my account shows free and I have no other spotify accounts- the resources available do not help or suggest somehow I have another account with my debit card -> this is not the case, and I don't want spotify to continue charging me. 

 

My original account that was premium doesn't even have my card saved anymore, so I don't know how its charging a card I cant even remove.

I recommend reaching out to Support so that they can check if you've got an additional account or if someone is using your credit card for a subscription without your permission: https://support.spotify.com/article/contact-us/ 🙂
