My Question or Issue

 Spotify. The bank transferred money twice from my account. Spotify has transferred 1 turkish lira money twice from my account. But spotify did not make me a premium.

I want my money to be returned. and I want to be a premium user.

In this case, we'd like you to log in with your account here. You'll be redirected to your account's receipt page where you'll see all the successful payments made in your account. If you can't see records of the payment you made in there, it means that the payment attempts were not successful from our end. If so, the transactions must be on a pending state and they will expire in the following days. Any funds put on hold by your bank will return to your card automatically.

 

We suggest that you check this article in case you want to try to subscribe one more time. 

 

If you're able to see the records of the payment from your account's receipt page, the Premium service should be active. In that case, log out and then log back into your account from the Spotify app.
