Spotify with Hulu

I am already a Spotify Premium member with the family plan. How do I add the Hulu subscription on the special offer?

Unfortunately Spotify Family members are currently ineligible with the Hulu joint deal. Only students and individuals plans can get Spotify and Hulu at the same time.
