Spotify won't let me claim my free trial, but it also won't let me pay it

I have had a spotify premium free trial before (i think) and so i can't claim it again, but the app also won't let me pay for premium so i'm just unable to get it at all

You're able to upgrade to Premium through your account page here. If you are using the Spotify app on an iOS device, you will be unable to subscribe to Premium through the app itself, and for more information on that - check out this page.
