My Question or IssueFor the last two days I’ve been trying to pay for students premium package for which I’m verified as a registered student but I’m unable to do so. Once I proceed with the payment, it says “Payment Failed” (PFA). I’ve made sure to go through all the troubleshooting process. I’ve used different cards of different banks, I’ve tried to pay on different devices on different networks, I’ve even tried using different browsers but nothing seems to work. 

: I’m using the same card with which I pay for other subscriptions monthly including Netflix

Thanks for reaching out. We understand the frustration, but worry not, we're here to help.

 

Firstly, if your attempts are repeatedly unsuccessful, wait at least an hour or two and then try again. Repeated failed attempts can lead to your account getting locked and the system automatically rejecting all payment attempts. While you wait, make sure you have properly activated the Student verification on your account. This is done by opening the confirmation email you should have received from SheerID and following the link inside to verify your account.

If u can't resolve my issue i ll complain about your app you are making fool us by failing our payments i download many lists and now your failing my payment huhh? Why dnt you have idea if someone buy n paying you and you are deleting soon my download list if u did i swear i ll not install again and i will properly complaint
