Starbucks Spotify for Partners not working "Something went wrong. Please try again later"

Hello, 
I have been having trouble accessing spotify premium as a strabucks employee. I tried using this website https://partner-provisioning.spotify.com/starbucks/register/ but still have been trouble accessing it the only thing that pops up is that Something went wrong. Please try again later. Can someone please help?

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to try again. If that doesn't do the trick, try using a different device or internet connection.
