I am a Spotify user on Windows 10 in the United States and I had a premium plan which I cancelled a couple days ago but I just got charged yesterday for it. I have no other subscriptions which could charge me so I am unsure what to do.

A couple of recommendations i can offer, first check your account overview to see whether your Spotify account is off Spotify premium. Second, this is more of a question, did you receive an email from Spotify stating that your premium has been canceled?
If your account does say youre on Spotify free then your account is no longer on Spotify Premium. And if you did get an email stating that your premium plan has been canceled, i would recommend contacting Spotify here .

I cancelled my premium plan and received a confirmation email that the cancellation will take effect on july 25. I did lose my premium access, but still I was charged on my credit card on August 15, and I see another charge scheduled for September 15.
How can I get in touch with a support team from spotify to receive the charges back???

Usei os meses grÔtis de vocês e depois ele cobrou. Mas tudo bem pois tinha acabado. Mas eu cancelei mesmo que tivesse comprado aà fiquei sem esse mês grÔtis. My Question or Issue
I canceled my plan through the Spotify website. However, even after I canceled my plan through the website (yes, I went through all those cancellation pages until I got to the playlist that said they were going to miss me), they showed me a notification in the app saying that they couldn't charge my card (due to lack of debit), and I went to the website and cancelled again. And when I received my salary (5/28), I was charged on my card, even though I didn't want to keep the plan. I would like to be able to receive a refund because at the moment I couldn't even afford this plan and I had a lot of bills at home to pay with this money.
