Student Discount Not Working

I've gone through registration with my school and am currently enrolled at Texas A&M Commerce. I've tried multiple times to sign up for the student discount and cannot understand what further needs to be done in order to receive the discount.

Hey there,

Did you sign up via the Spotify link? If your school is on the approved institutions list, it should be a fairly simple process.

If you're having issues, this page (link to spotify FAQ) might help you.

It says:
"As a heads up, after completing your enrollment as a student, it can take up to 28 days for your student credentials to be listed with the verification service.

We use the good folks at SheerID to verify your student credentials. If you’re having trouble signing up, you can submit for manual verification (as a heads up, this can take up to 12 hours to process)."

You may want to try for manual verification at this point.

Pois é, chegou um e-mail para mim dizendo que minha universidade não foi reconhecida, mas o valor já foi cobrado no meu cartão de crédito. Não sei o que fazer.
