Student Discount for Post Graduates

HI

I have just started a 3 year MSc at Keele University, Staffordshire, UK.  I have NUS extra so tried to get the discount.  I am currently on family premium.  I was told I was not eligible but to try Unidays.  I have done this and it is still saying I'm ineligible?

Hey @user-removed, welcome to the Community!

You'll need to leave your Premium for Family plan before being able to sign up for the student discount. 

Try leaving the plan and resubscribing through the discount and keep us posted on the results 🙂
