Возникла проблема с оформлением студенческой подписки, уже около 24 часов не приходит ответ по поводу данного вопроса с shareid (вроде как-то так), не могли бы помочь?

I entered my details: full name, institute, number and sent a document confirming my identity as a student assigned to a certain university, but the answer did not come after 24 hours

Hey @shAmanwf,

If you submitted all of the details for verification, and haven't heard back - it can take up to a few days until you hear from them (let's say 3-5 days).

There is some more information about this here, and the next steps you can take to get support.
