My Question or Issue

Before, I subscribed to student premium with hulu and it was working fine. Recently, I noticed my hulu wasn't working and checked to find that my account subscription had changed from student premium to premium family. I never made this change and don't know how this changed. But, when I tried to change it back to just student premium it won't let me. It also says that my student premium is verified until August 2020. I never made the change in my subscription and I can't change my plan back.

And what about not being able to change my plan back to spotify student premium?

On that link I sent you, there should be some steps to follow and additional steps to get in touch with Customer Support. I'd recommend asking them about changing the plan and they'll take a look and do their best to help.
