Student Subscription charge

Recently I attempted to sign up for Spotify premium, and since I am a very recent freshman I was not yet in the student system. But after putting in my information I still got charged even though my account says I'm still under the free subscription.

I did the same thing, plus I'm being charged twice but in my bank account it says the payment is still being processed.

I experience similar problems where it still says pending in my account but I have not gotten any help yet
