My Question or Issue

Hello, 

My Spotify has just been renewed as premium even though I had student premium for 2 years. I tried to change plan and had extreme difficulty getting the university options to load. I finally got through to the validation where you enter in your student password, the site has a bug so I renew the page and up pops in red a sentence in French saying you have already benefited from this offer. I tried again and the same message came up.
In between the university’s not loading, the fact my student membership was canceled without letting me know and therefore charging me more and now this I am extremely frustrated and need some help.

Does anyone have any tips?

I’m sorry to hear about this, there is a list of problems that can occurs with the Student Discount.

Sometimes it's the verification process, you can check the Student verification is not working Article.

Sometimes this is the University or the college, check out the article University or college not listed if this is the case.

Please note that student discount expires after 12 months, you can check How to renew student discount if this is the case. Also the Student Discount can be used up to 4 years, after 4 years of 50% you will be not eligible anymore.
