My Question or Issue
On March 3, I tried subscribing to Spotify Premium with my visa card. I was taken to my bamk authorisation page to complete the transaction, which I did. But after returning to Spotify, it said that my card doesn't support monthly billing and any charge made will be refunded.
Well, it's been like 3 days and my amount isn't refunded yet. Can any spotify staff help me with this issue?
