My Question or Issue

 On March 3, I tried subscribing to Spotify Premium with my visa card. I was taken to my bamk authorisation page to complete the transaction, which I did. But after returning to Spotify, it said that my card doesn't support monthly billing and any charge made will be refunded.

 

Well, it's been like 3 days and my amount isn't refunded yet. Can any spotify staff help me with this issue?

Hi @swaraj861, thanks for writing.

 

The time it takes for the money to reappear on your statement depends on your bank, but I'd wait another couple of days.

 

Meanwhile you can reach out to your bank for more information about it.
