I subscribed to the 2 months free premium but charged immediately. I subscribed through Google Play and apparently that's considered a "partner company" and I didn't get the 2 months free and was charged full price.  IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THAT WAS STATED DURING THE SUBSCRIPTION PROCESS. Can I cancel and subscribe again through the "correct" payment system? If I cancel and attempt to subscribe will I NOT get the 2 months free because I was "premium" for less than 24 hours?

I totally get your frustration with this situation. Just to clarify, the offer terms were actually displayed on the checkout page after selecting Google Play as the payment method, but it’s easy to miss if you’re not expecting any changes.

If you cancel now, even if you re-subscribe with the “correct” payment method, the system will recognize that you’ve already had Premium—even if it was just for less than 24 hours. This means you won’t be eligible for the 2-month free offer, and you’d also lose the free month you currently have.

If you’d prefer to go for a refund, you can reach out to Google’s support team here. They may be able to help you get a refund for this charge.
