My Question or Issue

When i was changing cards, both of them were charged ( one was charged twice, and the other was charged once), and my payment plan was not due yet

Thanks for reaching out. 

Check your receipts page and make sure that this isn't just a case of some payment getting billed later than expected and thus creating the illusion that you were charged twice in the same month. Also check the amount listed as these may just be authorization charges meant to check if your payment method is working correctly. These are often either at 0 currency or some small amount that gets automatically refunded shortly after.

 

If you have actually paid twice, then consider checking if you have a second account, where you still have an active subscription. If you still cannot find the source of the extra payments, feel free to reach out to our support team, they can assist you further. Make sure to have all of your payment information on hand, as our team will need it to find the payments and verify you as the account owner.
